READING THE BIBLE
Developing the daily habit of reading the word is so important for our spiritual growth. Engaging with the Bible is more than just a daily task, it’s a vital rhythm for spiritual health. While it can be tempting to focus on "getting through" chapters to check a box, the true goal of Scripture is not speed, but connection. Remember, the goal isn't just to hear about God, but to hear from Him. If a single verse stops you in your tracks, it is better to sit with that one sentence for an hour than to rush through ten chapters. Scripture is a conversation, not a race.
