Equipping people is not easy. This is difficult. Ministry is hard work.

Five thoughts for Equipping People (E.Q.U.I.P)
E - Evaluate - How well can they do?
Q - Qualify - How well did they do?
U - Unite with them - How well are we doing together?
I - Invest time with them
P - Provide resources & experiences for them


Attitude determines how I see the following:
