Understand people - Three questions: 1. What do you laugh about (what makes you happy?), 2. What do you cry about? 3. What do you dream about? Fear and selfishness are the two reasons relationships fail.
Enlarge people - Enlarging others always begins with enlarging yourself first.
Place a high value on people; A personal commitment to growth; A personal commitment to add value to others; The ability to communicate your belief in others; The ability to stretch them; Your highest joy is other people’s success.
Navigate for people - A leader knows and sees more than others. Leaders see before others see. Leaders navigate.
Connect with people — Influencers connect with people. Connecting with people is the leaders responsibility. Connecters care and read people.
Empower people - Leaders empower people. Seeing their potential and encouraging them. they empower, enlarge and release them.
Reproduce - Influencers reproduce. We are not here to compete with one another but to complete one another. Leaders want to have other people succeed.
