Before we begin, take a moment to think about the people in your life. Who are the people you influence? Given that leadership is simply influence, you are already a leader to them.

Those people are not in your life by accident or chance. God placed them in your world so you can encourage them, serve them, and point them to Jesus.

Over the next 14 days, God is expanding our capacity and preparing us for a massive harvest. Before God builds His church, He grows His leaders. Through the life of Moses, we are going to learn how to grow our leadership from the inside out.

THE 14 DAY STRUCTURE

  • Phase 1: Relating Upward

    The Leader's Posture. Before we can lead, we must learn how to follow. This phase focuses on honoring authority, catching the vision of the house, and standing securely under spiritual covering.

  • Phase 2: Relating Downward

    The Leader's Practice. Moving from task management to true stewardship. This phase focuses on shepherding, equipping, and developing the people God has placed in our care.

  • Phase 3: The Leader's Heart

    Relating Inward and Godward. Examining our identity, calling, and total reliance on God as we step into new spiritual ground.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN DAY 1

  1. Go to the Boot Camp RESOURCES tab and click on DAY 1.

  2. Read or listen to the DAILY SCRIPTURES & COMMENTARY.

  3. Work through the REFLECTION QUESTIONS with an honest heart before God.

  4. Open the MESSAGES TAB in Church Center and share what the Holy Spirit is speaking to you.

  5. Take time to PRAY about what God is revealing to your heart.

  6. Click REGISTER COMPLETION OF DAY 1 on the Day 1 page.
