Volunteers stocked and cleaned toilets to Covid Safe standard
Volunteers wearing Covid Safe PPE and have washed hands before and after preparations
Performed EXTERNAL SECURITY CHECK and reported any abnormalities
OPENED BUILDING to air out, kitchen fans on to aid circulation
CLEANED Car park, Fraser St, Welch St and back lawn clean, free of green litter/debris
Both A/C RETURN VENTS open in Air Con plant room
Use Glen 20 on ALL air conditioners filters in main building and Training Centre & Main Aircon Room downstairs(1 spray across vent ONLY)

Communicated RUN OF SERVICE to key team, as necessary

Confirmed the MEDIA REQUIREMENTS, including scriptures, presentations, video clips etc.
Confirmed the SERVICE RUN with the speaker, including transitions
Confirmed the PULPIT POSITION on the stage
Provided speaker with a bottle of WATER
Informed the GUEST SPEAKER of our building layout and answered any QUESTIONS they may have
Made notes on your phone about any other requirements, scriptures etc.
- SERVICE PREPARATION -
Confirmed that Coffee Van team has everything they need to operate
Checked that coffee machine in van has been turned on - 7:50am
Checked that Cafe Team doing morning tea has everything they need to operate
Checked that the King's Crew leader knows all requirements for the service
Checked that the Kershaw Rm is ready to go - chairs, curtains on windows, projector and sound.
VACUUM the foyer steps, matts and foyer area and EMPTIED the vacuum
- AUDITORIUM PREPARATION -
Checked the STAGE AREA is tidy, curtains neat and level
Confirmed air conditioner requirements with pastors - Auditorium, Kershaw Rm, Cafe (if needed).
Placed WATER BOTTLES under chairs for pastors/guest ministers/other special guests
MINTS under front row have been topped up (supplies are in managers office)
Have SPOT VACUUMED auditorium and stage
- PARENTS ROOM PREPARATION -
Confirmed that the TV is on and receiving video signal
Confirmed there is audio coming out of the speakers from the PA system behind the bar area
Made sure that the room is clean and tidy
- WORSHIP TEAM TECHNICAL -
Confirmed the service audio is being recorded to the mixing desk as a backup
Confirmed that the camera person has focussed and adjusted the white balance on all the CAMERAS
Checked that media team has tested ALL MEDIA being used during the service, including anything from the person speaking
Confirmed that the HANDHELD MICROPHONES have been tested and placed on the pastor's seating area
Confirmed the RUN OF SERVICE with Worship Leader, including who they are handing over to at the end of worship
Confirmed the pre-service COUNTDOWN TIMER has commenced
