SPIRITUAL GROWTH

  • Team members establishing consistent habits with their spiritual disciplines through our 3 questions.

PREPARATION

  • Team members using the ChartBuilder App throughout the week in preparation for rehearsals and services.

  • Team members coming prepared for Wednesday night rehearsals.

REHEARSALS

  • Empowering the MD (On Sunday mornings) to direct and run rehearsals.

  • All impromptu “mini-rehearsals” to go through the MD.

  • Having the culture of using in-ears during rehearsals, including Wednesday nights, become an automatic team culture.

ATTENDANCE

  • Attendance at Wednesday night team nights.

  • Team members communicating when they are unable to be there.
